Netflix & ???? – BJJ Style 2018

Every year I tend to do a post to help you get through the Easter Holidays. In the UK Easter Sunday is a bit like Xmas Day in that everything is generally shut but without the great gifts or festive TV. But instead of sharing technique videos I try to share any interesting documentaries or videos I’ve found related to BJJ. GRRRL is an American based company with a strong ethos of female empowerment and positive body image. I have had my eye on this rashie from them for over a year and ordered one from their USA store.
